I can only agree with Maja. You will be much better off i you find an IF-E with a worn out or even collapsed diesel engine. Such an IF in Sweden will cost you SEK 45000 - 65000 and you need "only" to put in a new engine and you will not have to change the rudder, not have to drill for a new axis ...

The price in Sweden for an IF E (IF-boat with inboard diesel engine) is very much dependent to the condition of the engine. With the original Volvo Penta MD 1 in an IF from 1976 the price could be anything from SEK 60000 to 80000 and a breakdown would still be likely to occur. Try to find a boat ...
